| − | ::: In terms of finishing vs working on new ones - once a backlog sets in, it's much easier to catch up if there are 50% complete reports ready, than if reports need writing from scratch. It also increases the chances that things will be missed. It also means that there's something available in draft form for people to look at if they want the latest info, rather than waiting for the final version to be emailed around (it's a wiki, things can be in progress).

| − | ::::It's good to hear you are working on them! My reason for thinking it would be better to prioritise the old ones is because a report becomes less and less useful the older it is. If you let the backlog grow too much, it becomes pointless trying to catch up and you should just scrap the old ones (or do an omnibus update, as we've done in the past when we've got behind).
