Thank you for your comment. While I have heard of WikiEducator, I have to be honest and say I could certainly be more familiar with it. One of the problem with Wikiversity is that it seems to try to do too many things at the same time. Is it a platform for OER sources, somewhere for educational courses, research into how to deliver OER, somewhere for collaborative research in general, somewhere to collate existing research, ...? One mention Wikipedia and everyone knows it's an encyclopedia, Wiktionary a dictionary, Wikiquote collection of quotes, etc...
